i want ur help in this case please,
a 55 years old female patient,known case of breast c.a with mets to regional lymph nodes,underwent left mastectomy 3 years ago,now there is mets on bone.
now she is complaining of generalized weakness of 2 months duration,she even cant handle any activity,she just wants to sleep.
she was admitted to the hospital for evaluation.
investigations were done which revelad:
ultrasound revealed cystic lesions on liver and ovaries.
sodium,calcium, chloride,pottasium all were normal
thyroid function was normal.
CBC was normal.
she is on hormone replacement therapy,bisphosphonates.
she took course of cortisone...
what do u think the cause of this weakness??
