Never had a health problem besides asthma and allergies which I have grown out of.

Since Feb. 06 I have been having severe pain, bloating, gas, heart palp and some numbness in my fingers/hands/arms all while eating or within a few hours. Pain occurs in abdomen(like cramping) & in various areas of my chest(sharp) then I pass gas or belch and the pain & symptoms subside. After this happens I feel tired/exhausted.

Doesn't matter what I eat-doesn't happen all the time. Seems random like something is working intermittently or gets tangled, squeezed and effects my vagus / vagal nerve to produce the heart palp and numbness. It always happens after eating.

I have been to ER because I thought it was a heart attack-all normal. Had a GI doc do a endoscopy & colonoscopy-normal/ found polyp results in a week. Had just about every test and all normal.

Latest BIG episode: after eating, driving down the road, had chest pressure, bloating, and felt like I had to but couldn't belch or pass gass, then heart started racing and my fingers to my elbows went numb stinging tingling. I kinda became disoriented and pulled over right away.

An hour later virtually same thing happened. Happened a few other times since then with a varying degree of symptoms and level of discomfort.

Has anybody ever had anything like this or know anyone with similar symptoms?

Please help-

Thank you!!!!
