I was very thin for most of my life, and was able to eat 2200 kcal per day without gaining weight. All of a sudden, I started to gain weight at a ridiculous rate (without growing in height, and without changing my eating patterns). I cut my calorie amount in half when I heard I was gaining. Now I'm 135 lbs, and I eat only 1000 kcal per day, and work out 3 days a week (cardio), and go for a long 5 mile walk 2-3 times a week. I've been to nutritionists and numerous physicians and can't figure out what has happened. Most of my doctor's don't believe me, and say that I must be eating more than I think I am. I measure everything, and count calories every day. I'm still in my teens, so it still isn't time for my metabolism to slow down that much. I don't drink alcohol ever. I only drink diet green tea and water.
I sleep all of the time -I am always tired and fatigued. I feel helpless. My doctors don't know what's going on. I have also had much pain -I developed 'trigger finger' in both hands, and have muscular spasms in my back.
