Sorry for the long first post so thanks in advance for reading this.
Starting around Valentine's Day I came down with my all too common sore throat. I got a prescription for a Z Pack from my sister without seeing a doctor and it went away. About a week later I came down with a sever head cold. This cleared up completely after a week and a half. A week later I developed flu like symptoms with no fever although I felt like I had one. Temp was 97.5 and Advil seemed to help the body aches and severe headaches.
After 5 days of this I went to the doctor and had tests for (I'm not 100% sure if these are right) my thyroid, salts, platelets, sugars, infections, cancer (?), x-ray, and something else I cannot remember. There were 7 tests in total. The doctor informed me on my follow up that he suspected Multiple Sclerosis but the tests ruled it out. At this point I was starting to feel a little better; body aches were diminishing, etc.
After about 5 days of feeling a little better we arrive at today. For the last 3 days my symptoms have come back just as bad as when I had the tests. Advil doesn't seem to work to cure the pain and I am at a loss as what is going on.
I am 30 years old, male, don't smoke, 150lbs., fit, no past history of diseases. My grandma had allergies to gluten, along with my mother, grandpa had diabetes, a bunch of aunts had cancer, and mother had melanoma. I am at a loss as to what is going on. Any suggestions I can ask my doctor about????
