Hi, I'm hoping this site will be able to give me an idea as to what is going on with me.

On saturday evening i started having upper left abdominal pain and it hurt to breath in or out(the pain would shoot up the left side of my body). I also felt nauseous(and abdominal pain above my belly button) after eating a couple crackers I also had liquid diarrhea that night.

The sunday morning it still hurt to breath and had blinding abdominal pain that varied from the upper left to right abdominal area after I ate. Sometimes I have shooting pains around my belly button.

I've also had my period for a month :S

The pain has been subsiding unless I palpate my stomach or eat.(i'm also on prescribed pain meds now) The pain comes in waves and is still very severe.

This morning I felt fine when I woke up but then had liquid diarrhea again, then my stomach hurt. The pain is lower today, if i palpate, shooting pains below my belly button.

I've had blood work done...my white blood cell count is up slightly, but everything else seems ok. The xrays didnt show anything, i went back for an ultrasound yesterday and they didnt really find anything.
They thought I had a ruptured ovarian cyst but they arent certain because the ultrasound was normal the next day.
The dr said that he knows something is going on, but they dont know what it is and hoping that it goes away.

I'm 22years old and am suppost to be writing my final exams right now. If anyone has any ideas to whats going on, please let me know
