Hello there,
I have had this problem in my right arm for about two years now and specialists believe it is a result of an inflammation around the shoulder.
The symptoms are as follows:
- 15KG grip strength in right hand (35KG in left)
- Wasting of right forearm muscle below elbow (Visible if brought to attention)
- Wasting of right hand muscle
- Right hand shakes
- Occasional right hand twitch

The symptoms worsen during colder conditions, for example I can't close my fingers together laterally.
