I was asked these and was wondering if anybody here knew. Just curious if anyone knows the deficiencies since I was asked them as an assignment but not sure what some means . ( For Patient A I cannot tell what the deficiency is since there are multiple deficiences with similar characteristics) which is why I came here to ask for help. All I am asking for is what is the most common deficiency from the following symptoms from the patients.
Patient A: female, complaining of tired muscles, bloated feeling, and uncharacteristic behaviours
Im thinking Vitamin B deficiency?
Patient B: male; complaining of loose teeth, loss of appetite, weakened feeling, and frequent colds and coughs
Patient C: female; complaining of difficulty seeing at night and having frequent colds and coughs
Patient D: male; excessive diarrhea after a trip to Mexico, feeling lethargic with a chronic headache
Patient E: female; feeling fatigued and lethargic during and following the monthly menstrual cycle
Patient F: male; skin irritations, split skin in the corners of the mouth and a swollen tongue
Patient G: female; shallow cuts and nose bleeding requires an excessively long time to stop bleeding
Patient H: male; constant thirst, headaches, cannot remain focused on anything for very long, a feeling of weakness
Patient I: female; blood tests show a very high cholesterol level
Patient J: males; decaying teeth, soreness in the bones of the hip and knee joints, and chronic "shin-splints" (hairline fractures causing pain in the shins)
Patient K: female; excessive constipation and "sluggish" (ie., slow) passage of food through the digestive tract
Patient L: male body builder; urinalysis reveals that the urine is high in nitrogen containing ammonia molecules and amino acid molecules
