Discussions By Condition: I cannot get a diagnosis.

For 10 months I have had acute nausea 24/7 and general malaise.

I have had detailed blood tests, X ray and scan which reveal no abnormality. I have seen 2 gp's, a gastro enterologist and 2 geriatric consultants who have been unable to diagnose my condition.
I have tried Domperidon and similar anti-acid drugs with no result. I am currently on Loprazalam and codanthamer (laxative).
The nausea continues undiminished. Does anyone know what this can be?

  • Have you had an upper endoscopy done for possible gastritis or other maladies of the digestive system? When my gastritis acts up, I get nauseated as well.......

  • Please have your home inspected for mold and have environmental samples taken and tested. (Air plus others like carpet, etc...). Here is a great site with a lot of information on this:
