I've gone to the doctors and had them check out my foot because I have rash-like looking spots on my feet, on the sides of them. Some say because i wear black socks and in turn causes more sweat and somehow it will do that. Some say it's bad dry skin. Doctor said it may be internal bleading from really tight shoes. I have no idea what it is. The doctor said it's nothing to worry about but I want to get rid of it. There is no pain and no irritation. It's just there.
