I am currently in japan and as such am not able to explain symptoms properly and have had foot pain for a good 2 months. The area that hurts is the outside top right of my foot/ankle walking is fine and running in a straight line is fine. As is running round a corner that leans left but as soon as i try to run around a corner leaning right or change direction quickly it causes a sharp pain just infront of the outisde ankle bone towards the toes where it`s kind of soft. Sorry not exactly overly precise. I play basketball everyday with a club that trains quite hard for maybe 3 to 3 and a half hours and this is how it started. I haven`t twisted it at all or done anything sepcific but i can`t do much on the court as speed and direction is impossible at the moment. If anyone could give me advice or tell me what it might be i would be really grateful, things kind of get lost in translation hereReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
