I wasn't sure where to ask so I am asking here. Brief history I am a 38 yo mom of 3, a smoker (I KNOW, I KNOW) and am going through menopause. Only medical concern right now.
Ok to my question...I woke up this morning with my fingernail KILLING me, the beds of my nails still hurt but the pads of my fingertips are not any longer. They are also not there normal pink color, kind of a grayish pink. Also both of my middle finger knuckle hurt so bad (have for a while though so maybe unrelated). My fingers do seem to be some what swollen but not overly. Now to the other problem the soles of both my feet hurt so bad I can barely walk!! It is not the normal pins and needles feeling like when they fall asleep, but it does feel like they have needle stuck in them when I walk and like they are bruised (but not visable bruises) They are not overly sensitive to the touch just when I walk. But the feeling is constant just dull and no swelling!! This has not improved over the day.
Can anyone help?
