Fibromyalgia or more?

I've been trying to get a diagnosis for over a year now -- I was diagnosed with fibro in Sept 05 -- I also have a tumor of some sort growing in my left lower leg bone -- had a MRI and they have come up with 2 possible diagnosis but these don't have a cure. I am exhausted, I have sleep apnea and I sleep with CPAP everynight my muscles are weak and exhausted, some days it really hurts to walk and often it is difficult to walk either due to leg or foot stiffness/exhaustion. I was diagnosed with pleurisy (lung stuff) this past week. My blood test always show high inflamation and high tissue death. I have been tested for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis -- blood wise neither show up. MRI of feet/hands show no rheumatoid arthritis -- but xrays of jaw, legs show bone deterioration. I have a hard time staying with a diagnosis of just fibromyalgia because as many problems as I have and as exhausted as I am no one takes fibromyalgia serious. I have heel spurs in both feet. My autoimmune system is obviously not working correctly. I'm trying to find out if there is something else, something more that I should be aware of and work toward getting a solution.

A good chat room for FM is at the site www.immunesupport.com there's usually someone in the room most of the time. They also have a great message board for FM at the site.
