My new patient a diabetic since 10 years has presented with h/o fever since 2 months .o/e she has icterus and submandibular lymphadenopathy.
Her tests done earlier:FNAC of submandibular lymph nodes shows reactive lymphadenitis,esr is 130 mm for first hour.serum bilirubin is raised

  • I was just diagnosed with that. I have been put through 2 months of scans, bloodwork, bone marrow biopsy and lympnoid biopsy. I have one more Dr. looking at biopsy slides put they are pretty sure thats what I have. Of course I can't find a Dr. to help with it here. I would love to get information on this since it is so rare or speak with someone that has it. I am a 26 year old female in florida.
