I am a 39 yo mother of 2. I have had a FUO for 2 years. I have seen 4 doctors, refered to Wash. Univ. infectious disease dept. with no answers. Had a bone marrow biopsy (painful!!) with normal results. I have done many hours of internet research, still wonder if I have a tick borne illness. All tests for them have came back neg. My primary Dr. prescribed Doxycycline for 4 weeks at my urging, no change. I was fever free for 2 mo., fever came back along with same feeling of fatigue 3 weeks ago. fever from 99.5 to 100.5. My kids want their mom back. I don't want to live feeling like this anymore but I can't find a Dr. that will go that extra mile to find out what is wrong with me. I live in Missouri, anyone else have these symptoms/found a Dr. that can help????Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
