I'm looking for a condition that could cause prolonged high fever, dizziness and fainting when standing, headaches, weakness, and weight loss. Neither I nor anyone I know actually has these symptoms. However, I am writing a fictional story in which the main character is experiencing them and have yet to find a believable explanation for it (yes, I know I should have found a cause before I wrote them in, but I'm new to writing and didn't think of it before I let my imagination run away with me). If anyone could help me I would be very grateful. If you cannot come up with an actual diagnosis, but do know of a website where I can search multiple symptoms at once, I would also appreciate that. Any information provided would be helpful. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this.
