For about eight months I have had the following symptoms.
every day- loss of balance but ranging in severity from mild to moderate
occasionally- swelling in the lips
for the past month or two- tingling in my feet, both at the same time
daily- light headedness
I have been to see a neurologist, had a MRI/MRA, Trancranial Ultrasound, EEG. The MRI showed hypoplastic arteries, but the md said this is not my problem. I have also been to an ENT, and have been checked for a variety of ear problems, none of which are conclusive. Also had a metabolic panel drawn with my first visit to my primary that provided no clues. I am going back to my primary tommorrow and asking for a referral to an allergist and endocrinologist, and also for a glucose study to check for diabetes before any of the specialist slam me with another round of tests. Help anyone?
