Lately I've been getting these little "attacks", where I feel very dizzy, shaky, and sweating very profusely, which is low blood sugar, but this has been happening after meals sometimes, I'm a 19 year old white male, with an athletic build, I try to eat healthy, I have a family history of diabetes and heart disease, and also I feel very dizzy at night, and at times I can feel my heart pounding maddly. I would go see a doctor, but I'm uninsured and I don't want to waste a lot of money if it's nothing.

  • I am not a doctor but my girlfriend has all the symptoms you are talking about and she had all kinds of seizure tests and we were told that they are panic attacks. That is what it sounds like to me. I hope this helps.

  • This is completely normal. These are symptoms that you are starting to wonder about your existence, and the purpose of life.
