Lately I've been getting these little "attacks", where I feel very dizzy, shaky, and sweating very profusely, which is low blood sugar, but this has been happening after meals sometimes, I'm a 19 year old white male, with an athletic build, I try to eat healthy, I have a family history of diabetes and heart disease, and also I feel very dizzy at night, and at times I can feel my heart pounding maddly. I would go see a doctor, but I'm uninsured and I don't want to waste a lot of money if it's nothing.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
