Well, I have been feeling horrible lately and it is getting bad enough that I definitely need to get it checked out. I am having a few symptoms that I'd like to bounce off of you guys. Here it goes:
1. I have a feeling in the back of my throat, almost like a hair is caught back there. I notice it when I brush my teeth and talk alot. Eating and drinking seems to make it better briefly. Some thing I have read suggest a thyroid problem, but I'm not sure, so I wanted to bounce that off of everyone.
2. My appetite has decreased exponentially in the past few months. I used to be able to eat ALOT of food, so ths is not like me. I now only eat a little bit of food and then feel full and uncomfortable for 10+ hours. My diet wasn't great, but it was better than most people my age. I have since (5 days ago) changed my diet to more healthy foods. I have found that I can avoid the full bloated sick feeling for hours on end if I'm careful, but my appetite is still absurdely small.
I went to a party last night and I had a few different foods:
2 Sam Adams
Cold Pepper vegetables
cold broccoli veggies
a few crackers
1 bite size veggie pizza made w/ cream cheese
1 bite size mushroom pizza made w/ cream cheese
2 bite size cheese triangles
After that, I felt uncomfortably full for a good 7 hours or so. Thats not normal. Those foods are not bad for you, and I had an appetizr's portion. Somethings not right.
I am also experiencing mild constipation.
I want to try colon cleansing, but Im not sure if this will solve the full/digestion problems. My logic says that yes it will, but I was hoping to get some input from you guys on that.
Lastly, I seem to be in a depression. Firstly though, I want to address the other two issues because they may be making me depressed.
