Has anyone ever experienced a weird disoriented, depersonalized feeling while doing weights? It happens after just maybe 1 or 2 sets of exercise. I feel like my mind is extremely stimulated, almost as if I just drank alcohol or was doing drugs. If I continue to exercise, I'll experience a worse night of sleep that night. I can continue to exercise with no problem, but I feel extremely out of control with regards to what is happening to my mind - I use to exercise with no problems in the past. What are your recommendations for things to get checked up on? Are exercise induced responses primarily hormonal? (adrenaline, cortisol)
I've been experiencing a variety of other symptoms lately, but I am trying to figure out one piece of the puzzle at a time. Just to note my other symptoms: very unrefreshing sleep - delayed with early and frequent awakenings, low appetite & weight loss, feel like my blood sugar is low sometimes even just couple hours after a decent meal. Throughout the day I feel tired yet I cannot sleep - I have no anxiety/stress, it just feels like I'm wired and my brain is being stimulated by something, almost like a very slight pressure in my head.
