I'm 26 years old, female and a healthy weight, I've been so tired for years now (sleeping for many hours still no relief). Recently have started getting spells of being lightheaded and feeling weakness in my arms and legs and tightness in my chest and feeling like I can't get enough oxygen or breath properly. I get chest pain and tingling in my arms and face. Sometimes I feel sick and have loose stools and abdominal cramps. The worst is the tiredness, dizziness and difficulty breathing. The symptoms seem to be getting worse and it's stopping me working. I had an EKG, an echocardiogram, and a stress test. A sleep test, blood tests and a urine test. All were ok. Please let me know if you have any idea what's wrong!

  • Till you are finding any solution for your problem, do yoga and meditation daily. Though it will be difficult for you in the first few days, you will get relaxed. Start with 10 minutes daily and make it a routine. All your breathing problems will be sorted out.

  • There are many things that might be causing this, but one thing stands out, the feeling that you are not getting enough oxygen. Doctor Horowitz a Lyme literate practitioner says that with Babesia (another tick borne disease) the patient feels like they are not getting enough air when they breath. I think you would benefit by listening to him speak. If you've never been tested for Lyme disease, this might be in order. Just know that the traditional test that your doctor orders is often unable to find the infection. If you think that you do have Lyme disease, spend the money (because it is an out-of-pocket expense) for the Igenex test.http://www.scoop.it/t/the-full-discussion-babesiosis-dr-horrowitz/p/3995896521/full-video-babesiosis-discussion-with-dr-horowitz´╗┐

  • If your hyperventilating, then it could be anxiety.Try taking some long deep breaths to see if it helps the symptoms.Remove all stressors from your life and take some nice walks and a yoga or painting class etc...If it's not anxiety, then there are numerous disorders that can cause similar symptoms.
