I have been feeling like i cannot get a full breath for about the past 2 or 3 months. I had a baby 10 months ago and he is a big boy but i still carry him around a lot. so I am wondering if this could be causing the feeling that I have of my chest pressure and the inability to get a full breath. I also feel like there is a lot of pressure on my esophagus area and I get frequent palpitations. I have been having very bad posture as well, and not getting very much sleep since I am a college student and new mother. I went to the dr and he said that my dizziness and throat restriction could be from allergies and prescribed me some nasal spray but i ahve not noticed much improvement. I am wondering if my dizzines could be from poor sleep position as my child sleeps with me and I am unable to change positions during the night so i lay on the same side all the time. Please help I am stressing out about this.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
