First of all, I'm 15 y.o. Male and I'm in High School. And ever since starting school last August, I've noticed especially in school in warm and busy classrooms that people around me are saying "It Stinks in here!" or "It stinks of ****!" or things similar to that. The problem is, is that I can't smell anything! And I'm not being delusional as I know it's me. It only happens when I'm in warm environments especially when sitting down. I'm not usually one to sweat or smell of body odour as I shower once a day or even sometimes twice and I care a lot about my personal hygiene and appearance, and I don't usually sweat under my armpits or on my back etc etc, it's usually just around my buttocks crack, and it's usually itchy and moist and that's when I know that it's beginning to let off an odour. It's really knocked my self-asteem as I'm afraid of being around people especially my friends as they might judge me. I've looked up symptoms but I can never find the right thing. And last night I guess was the final straw as I couldn't get to sleep and I was restless the entire night, because my buttocks crack was wet with sweat and was itching like ***l which was extremely irritating. I also must tell you that when I use the bathroom small drops of blood are on the toilet tissue and this has only been over the past week, is this bad? Last summer however in the Hot Climate months, I got treated by my doctor for Jock itch. I used the cream that I was prescribed but I'm afraid that I've not got rid of it properly and that it's spread to my buttocks causing this Feces Odour? Could it be that or other problems? And should I go back to the doctors again?
It means a lot to me for your help, Thank you very much!

It sounds to me like possibly you are wiping good enough after a bowel movement you should maybe try to use flushable wipes and wiping from inbetween your legs rather than behind. Also some baby powder or women's deodorant like sectret unscented will help with the moisture. Another thing is make sure you dry your crack well and even air dry fry a bit before getting dressed. Hope this helps. ;) Oh let me add the small drops of blood are most likely due to a small tear or hemoroid and I dont believe that jockitch can spreaed to the anus but it may cause an odor down there, the itching is most likely due to left over fecal matter.

Especially the itching. It could perhaps be some sort of bacteria growing on the skin causing itching when you get warm/hot. Or, perhaps even a parasite. A lot of humans carry parasites in their intestines. Go see your doctor and have them help you. You are very brave to even come and ask for help for such a personal issue. I admire you for doing that. One thing you can try before seeing the doctor in case you have to wait a bit is the Gold bond powder. It is medicated and may help if it is a skin irritation. It also smells nice.Good luck!
