I am a 26 year old female. For about almost a year I have noticed that I have experiencing extreme fatigue, and tiredness. This has really put a damper on my life. I no longer want to go and do things for I am always tired and seem weak. Just recently I have been experiencing severe muscle pain in my back, legs, arms, wrists and hands. I also have noticed thats my hands shake with out me knowing or shaking them. I also get the pins and needles feeling in my hands, forearms, feet and legs with a burning sensation. My muscles feel weak and just ache. I don't know what to do!! I do not feel like myself and just do not feel right!!!Please help!

  • I`m pretty sure it`s an autoimmune disease, your symptoms make me think on M.S.(early stages) ,Adrenal Fatigue should also be consider.I trully hope it is not m.s that is affecting you ,and it`s only Chronic Fatigue Sindrome or other autoimune disease like Fibromyalgia or Lupus(although the simptoms don`t quite match).Go see a Neurologist!

  • When I was 28 this happened to me and I had hyperthyroidism. Have your thyroid checked out as well. You may have hypo or hyperthryoidism.

  • One way to check if its a B12 deficiency (your symptoms match that exactly) is to just go and get a B12 injection (not supplements they don't work very well at all) its cheap and it might just fix you. Any doctor you go to should give it to you no questions asked.

  • Sounds like the symptoms of someone with anxiety. Look it up, read more about it and if you think you have anxiety problems speak with your doctor about medication.
