I am a 31 year old female. The last two weeks I have been incredibly tired, had a headache pretty much solid, been sick to my stomach on and off, had a rash down both arms from shoulders to wrists and been more dizzy than normal.

Now I cannot group all of these symptoms together because it is not uncommon for me to have headaches (though usually not for 2 weeks straight), I do have sensitive skin (not to this extreme normally), have a sensitive stomach and I take atenolol (the only medication I take) for LOW blood pressure (neurocardiogenicsyncope).

I am tired of being tired, feeling like I just ran a marathon when I get out of bed or step away from my computer while working. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it flat, raised bumps, or blister-type rash that weeps and gets a bit crusty. If you start running a fever, I would definitely call your Doc and got to ER or Urgent Care. My first thought is it could be chicken pox. Where you exposed to someone with a rash/flu-like symptoms 2-3 weeks before you began to get symptoms? If you've had chicken pox, you could get them again even though the myth is that you only get them once. I also thought about shingles, which is the latent form of chicken pox, but typically the rash appears on one side of the body only and usually is found on the trunk, buttocks, and sometimes the face.I hope it's improved for you thus far. And good luck.

  • I read earlier that gluten (or wheat) intolerance may cause these and other symptoms. You may want to see a doctor.
