I have been feeling lightheaded , dizzy , fatigued ,confused , unable to think clearly .for months now and still have no diagnosis. I get pins and needles in my arms sometimes but i attributed that to anxiety even if i have nothing stressing me or to be anxious about. sometimes i feel as though the floor is unbalanced and like im going to fall over. It all started when i was getting headaches for a week at work after that week i felt fine and a few days later i could barely stand up. it has gotten better i went back to work now but i cannot drive as i feel as though im going to pass out for no reason and i feel very unbalanced. I found if i have a beer my symptoms go away for sometime also ibuprofen seamed to help. also lately i have become very sensitive to lights for some reason.

  • This sounds very much like me, did you ever find out what the issue was?

  • Also, If you have had weight gain or feeling sore..you may want to have your thyroid levels checked.Your thyroid regulates everything else in your body. It's a good start.I am hypothyroid..an the tingling, itching and off balance feelings is what I started with before it got worse.
