Newborn son born induced at 36 wks. Presented Bilious vomiting in first 24 hrs. Plain Xray appeared normal. Bilious fluid pumped for 72 hrs. First Bowel movement after 48 hrs occured after enima. 5cc feeding was rejected on 4th day. Second attempt at feeding was successful. Feedings have continued every three hours increasing every day. Now at 26cc's.
Baby now 7 days old. Still has bowel loops. Feedings are successful with regular bowel movements.
No contrast study and no ultra sound have been performed. No diagnosis.
