I have no clue, but my face is always hot and my hands are ice cold all the time. Stress, caffeine, anxiety, and some other things that I have noticed do seem to make it worse, but there are also times when it just happens out of the blue. I walk around with my hands on my face all the time. My face isn't red or anything and my husband says that it isn't hot to touch, but I feel as if I'm burning up. The only thing that helps my hands is running them under hot water. Well...I can't do that all day long. Some days it doesn't happen at all. So I'm not sure what triggers it or what is wrong. Any ideas? The heat also makes it worse. Not looking forward to summer at all. :(Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
