Hi. I have been searching through the site and have not been able to find my symptom. I fear that my insomnia (trouble getting to sleep, sometimes a lack of it) may stem from the symptom.
I feel as though I can't completely close my eyes. When I try to close them without touching my eyelids, there's a small space that anyone can see. It takes for me to try closing my eyes, the same goes for keeping them closed. When I go to sleep, I lay in such a way that a pillow will hold one eye closed lightly.
Anyone know if this has a name or if something can be done about it?
P.S. Blindfolds don't work. Just like with caps and other head/eyewear besides my glasses (which I wear constantly) bother me in general, not just to go to sleep.
