For over 20 years I have had pain in and behind my eyes. I have had a cat scan and been to the best eye doctors and neurologists. They can find nothing. The pain is there all the time - an aching behind my eyes, and a burning sensation in the front. My vision is fine and my eyes are not red. I have dry eyes, and use artificial tears often. The cool drops help the burning, but the relief doesn't last long. I have no sinus problems. I sometimes have a burning tongue, too, but that comes and goes. It does not seem to be affected by anything I eat - hot, spicy, etc. Any ideas?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
