I recently damaged my hand in a fight and have been having wrist pain since then. Then I started feeling pain in my hands and fingers from being out in the cold. The longer I am outside the worse it hurts, to the point of almost passing out from the pain. I also feel numbness in my fingers when I'm outside or inside. My fingers turn pale white sometimes also. I never had any of these symptoms before the fight. Any information would be much appreciated, thanks.

  • Have you checked for Reynaud's disease? It's hereditary and is in your genes. Maybe it's not related to the fight, it just happened that it started around that time. My fingers and toes regularly turn white when it's cold in the winter and they hurt like mad when the circulation comes back. Don't know about your wrist though....

  • you may have injured your blood vessels, try to keep your hands warm to promote healing, try hot packs, immobilize your hand and wrist you may have broken some bones, any blue in your fingers or nails means you need to see a doctor.
