I recently damaged my hand in a fight and have been having wrist pain since then. Then I started feeling pain in my hands and fingers from being out in the cold. The longer I am outside the worse it hurts, to the point of almost passing out from the pain. I also feel numbness in my fingers when I'm outside or inside. I never had any of these symptoms before the fight. Any information would be much appreciated, thanks.
