Extreme Overheating in Social Situations

This isn't a big problem but nevertheless, I would like to know what I can do about it.

Whenever I am in a social situation such as a class at college etc. I overheat a lot, especially my face. This causes me to sweat and makes my face REALLY red! I don't believe I have rosacea, although, like with rosacea, the problem gets worse when I consume alcohol or eat hot/spicy food.

Thanks in advance,

Joey B.

I am a 15 year old male, if that helps narrow down the possibilities.
