I'm 20 years old. I've been suffering for almost 6 years with fatigue, nausea, and dizzyness. Over the past 2 years, I have also developed a dull consistent headache...including pressure around my eyes. My bloodtests came out negative for any major illnesses. I've had an EKG as well, and it came back fine. At first, I thought it was my blood-sugar rising and falling, because I have extremely weak/faint spells with nausea 'attacks'. Anxiety was also thought to have been an issue, but is not the case. I have lost a lot of my strength, and most of the time, I feel completely lifeless...like I could sleep all day. I've tried taking naps on and off during the day when I can but seems it doesn't help at all. I've been eating less sugary foods and I haven't drunk carbonated bevarages in 3 years. I take a multi-vitamin and it doesnt help. Nothing seems to help. Another thing, I use to be incredibly active as a small child. I had an abundant amount of energy and strength, and then it's like one day I woke up feeling bad and have felt bad every since then... I was wondering if anyone knew of any reasons why maybe I feel so bad all of the time?! Thanks!!

  • Get a carbon monoxide alarm indicator for your home. They are cheap.Get your blood sugar levels double checked. Also, test yourself with a monitor you buy at the pharmacy. Kinda cheap. Has anyone checked you for inner ear problems?Have someone check your blood pressure when you feel fatigued.

  • Get tested for SIBO, it affects a lot of women and can be cured with an antibiotic called rifaximin. Your symptoms sound very similar to what is common for individuals affected by this bacteria. Also, get checked for helicobacter pylori. Both can be contracted as a child and stay in your system for years and years causing ulcers, bloating, fatigue, nuasea, vomitting, the works. A simple blood test should give you the right answers. Just ask your Dr.
