Read on the news today that there is a rise in dengue fever. It has reached the American south but is mainly situated in the tropics. It affects 50 million people a year. See the New York Times article today, June 29th. Maybe this is the mystery virus.

  • I have a very dear friend, American. parents are missionaries in Peru. She said the missionaries were coming out of jungles in Peru with CFS. It has been happening for years. My belief is that our immune systems are compromised from genetics (family hx) and vaccines. From that point, any virus that attacks our depleted immune system can, and at times, does have long term effects. I have CFS but have never had Dengue Fever. Many people who will be exposed to Dengue Fever may, indeed, develop CFS.rad, there are many things working in conjunction with CFS. Some of us are working behind the scenes here, trying to piece it all together. There is more info on CFS than we bargained for. We are just beginning to learn what many researchers, doctors and scientists are trying to figure out too.We thank you for your inputs and interest in this topic. It is definitely viral....but so are our vaccines...Thanks...mommy cat
