I get cramping throughout my body, and they usually last between 20 mins. to over an hour of extreme pain. the worst is when both thighs hit at the same time and then the cramping moves to other parts of my body trying to get one cramp to subside another hits whether its my foot or groin or the front of my ankle, to my ribs or arms. can you help me find out what's causing these painful multiple cramps.
