Hi All,
My brother in law is met with an accident and his head got injured. When we taken the CT scan we got the below observation.
"Extradural hematoma in the left frontotemporal convexity with a maximum thickness of ~ 8.4 mm compressing the underlying cerebral parenchyma"
Pateient is with very good health condition with out any fits, Vomtings etc etc.
My question is going with medicines and rest is the best treatment or not. or weather We need to to gor for surgery?
