Hi, I'm a 14 year old girl, 6'2, 73 kilos. I've had the above symptoms for three months. I am exhausted, no matter how long I sleep for. I have these lightheaded spells where I get really dizzy ad feel like I'm going to faint. I thought it was maybe because I wasn't eating properly, so for the last three months I have been making sure I get enough calories, vitamins, sugars and proteins, and nothing changed. About two weeks ago, I started getting really heavy nosebleeds and mild fevers. I went to my family doctor about two months ago and got some blood tests. It seemed that my white cell count was elevated and she assumed I had an infection and gave me some antibiotics. I took the full course and feel just as bad now as I did three months ago. I don't know what to do- I feel awful and have no energy- it's like I'm always getting over the flu. My mother has lupus, both of my grandfathers have/had lung cancer, and my grandma died of breast cancer, but other than that, there's no family history of anything like what I've got now. Is there something I should/could be doing? Please help!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
