All of a sudden, beginning about 6 months ago, I started to feel cold all the time. There are times when my thermostat says it is 75, but I am freezing. I will put on thick fuzzy socks, I am wearing a tank top, a long sleeve shirt, a sweater, and I will put another sweater on, and sit under 1 or 2 thick blankets, and an hour later, I am still cold. Taking a hot bath will warm me up. Or I will go to bed and wake up hours later (dressed the same, ie: extra socks, sweater, blankets) and be shivering, and I am actually cold to the touch. This seems so strange. I am not ALWAYS cold. It's almost like when I am a bit tired or stressed it gets worse. I also have some other symptoms. It is like the tissue around my knees hurts. I can walk, run, jump, climb stairs...no pain. But if someone touches my knees I about go through the roof. I am tired all the time. If I sit still too long, I will be asleep. I have tremors in my hands. Doesn't matter if I move them, shake them, my fingers twitch uncontrollably, albeit sporadically. Is this just stress? I haven't gone to the Dr, because these symptoms seem so strange, and I don't want to go and be told it's just stress, or be looked at like I am a whack job. Just looking for some advice. Thanks in advance for your help!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
