Tonight my mother fell on some ice, and when she got up she started bleeding, like she would on her normal peroid.. but this has far more blood and it has not stopped, It has been running solid for many hours, to the point where she has to change her pad every hour, She's going to the hospital tomorrow morning if it persists, any ideas? its far too coincidental to have her peroid start this bad, and RIGHT after a fall.
Just wondering if this could be a real emergency or just wait it out.
She's 50 years old.
