Hi...

I am a 20-year-old male and for the past week I've had to use the bathroom once every 45 minutes or so to pee. Last night I woke up once every 45 minutes to an hour to pee and on the tail-end of my sleep schedule I was so dehydrated that I could hardly move, and had to get a glass of water to be able to get back to sleep.

I have no idea what's going on, here. Although, the last day that I had been normally peeing was spent sanding drywall and ceilings with a power sander. I was wearing a facemask, but it was a very poor one. I feel that may have something to do with it.

Any help would be appreciated...

It could be as minor as bladder spasms, a bladder infection (especially if it burns!) Diabetes Mellitus causes excessive urination and thirst. I read that you may experience a sudden or gradual change with no symptoms Other symptoms include excessive appetite. tiredness, weight gain or loss, and skin infections that do not heal. Until you find out what's wrong, it would probably be a good idea to drink pedialyte or something tho keep your body chemicals in balance. Call your doctor right away. Go to the hospital if you have worsening symptoms. Good luck. Hope this helps.
