Hello-I just have a quick question. Does anybody know whether SSRIs (more specifically, escitalopram) can lead to elevated muscle enzymes in blood? I am getting on and off elevated numbers and it puzzles my pathologist, as my myopathies test came back all negative. I am on Entact (which I believe is the European name for Lexapro).
Thank you.
