I am a 35 yr old male. I have been getting a pain in my little toe on my left foot when I have an erection and the pain lasts as long as my erectins. This pain becomes more severe when I contract my prostate. When I contract my prostate I get the severe pain in my toe about 1 second later.

Any help wouldbe great.

  • My instinct is to say that this is nothing. Obviously someone who would notice a pain in their toe while they had an erection was someone who would have a predilection for preoccupation on somatic symptoms. Given the complete and total lack of physiological explanation for any shared innervation between motor to the penis, and pain to the little toe... something else must be happening. How bout we all remind each other about the innervation to the perineum.. 'hint 'hint
