My wife has had abdominal and chest pain for about 3 days. She has been to 2 doctors, had blood work, urinalysis, and a CT scan and all they can say is her spleen is enlarged. One doctor said to take antibiotics and pain medication. The other doctor said don't take antibiotics. Both doctors were equally confused and offered no input as to what may be causing the enlarged spleen. They could not tell us what may have caused it or what can make it better. My wife had sinusitus about a week ago but is otherwise a healthy 22 year old.
We are going to see another doctor tomorrow but does anyone have any suggestions for us? Thanks!
