hi i'm a thirty years old female anesthetist, i'm sick and i still don't know what i'm suffering from, i had an attack of fever for three days it approached the 39 celsius and it was somewhat resistant to treatment, nausea, abdominal pain, generalized weakness and fatigue together with dyspnea. liver enzymes are thousands and white blood cell count is low with absolute neutropenia. hepatitis B, C are negative. widal test and brucella are negative. plz help me find my diagnosis and treatment.
