Hi all!
I need help! Ive had a lot of weight gain (50 pounds in 9 months despite lower calorie intake), feeling fatigued, insomnia, carpal tunnel. I'm 30 years old, have epilepsy, but otherwise fairly healthy. My PCP referred me to an endo where my IGF-1 came back elevated. We did the glucose supression test but I supressed the growth hormone so he said all was well despite having a very high basline growth hormone level. So high, even he said he'd never seen someone suppress with a baseline that high. He said I was just weird and nothing was wrong. My a1c and average glucose was also below normal range (I'm not diabetic). Any input would be appreciated. I just want to feel better!
