I have pain in both elbows ... the muscle on outside. Both arms hurt. Been in pain for 2 months. With motrin pain is less but still present.. no injury that I am aware of.

(that'd be the tendon, not the muscle) If that's the case, there are some devices that can help you relieve the tendon from some stress, allowing it to slowly heal.

  • Sounds like a possible case of tennis elbow to me too. I have a mild case in my left elbow. I think I got it lifting pans from the stove to the counter top with that arm. Don't assume you have to be an athlete to get such an injury. I am not athletic.

  • Do you work in the service industry? as a server ect. a friend of mine has the same problem, at night sometimes her whole arms are numb and ache the Dr asked if she smoked, which she does and was told that it is due to circulation.?any MS in your family history?
