Elbow / Forearm pain

It started off as a pain in my elbow and the pain has now traveled down my forearm. I am having problems lifting things. If you keep your palm down, thats the part of my forearm that is hurting. It definitely feels like a muscular issue. When I press the bone in my elbow there is one particular spot that hurts like the dickens.

I am not quite sure what this is.

I have an issue with the C4-C5-C6 of my neck. (Herniated disk) do you think this would have anything to do with it? I was supposed to go for spinal fusion on three vertabres but cancelled for now.

I am starting to get depressed over the pain lately. It is really effecting my quality of life.

HELP! :(

  • Sounds like muscle strain or tendinitis. A week is a little long for something like that to stick around, but age, health, and vitamin deficiency can affect how fast your body repairs itself.I'd rest that arm as much as possible, and maybe see a doctor about it. It could be something more serious, and in any case, the doc ought to be able to identify and treat the problem.
