26, yr old female athlete never had any health issues until now.

My symptoms have been going on since May, still don't have a diagnosis. I have these eating symptoms, were i'll eat and start to become lightheaded, dizzy, as if i'm going to pass out, then i get these tingling sensations up my inner thighs, the chills, and i get extremely tired. I've had multiple episodes ranging from me eating big meals to me having two bites of a bannana. (diabetes has been ruled out as well as common food allergies).

Besides these eating episodes overall I've been experiencing fatigue, tingling sensations, numbness in my hands, hypotension, EXCESSIVE burping, odd smelling stool (not foul more like a chemical smell i can't place it), loss of appetite, headaches, tinnitus, cloudy urine, dry/itchy skin, periods of hair loss, and abdominal bloating with ocassional pulsating.

The only thing i've been diagnosised with is vasovagal syndrome due to a positive tilt table test but that doesn't explain my other symptoms. I did have a viral infection in April a month prior to all these symptoms in which i had a high fever, and i was thought to have viral menningitis but CSF came back negative.

Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated, THANK YOU!
