Ear Problems?

I have been having ear pressure, fullness, ringing, and hearing loss in my left ear. It started about five years ago and was intermittant. Now it is almost constant. My doctors have said it is Meniere's disease and there is not much they can do about it. But what they cannot explain is why my left nostril is always plugged, my sinuses feel full, and why my ears go from normal to really red and warm back to normal several times a day. Anyone recognize these symptoms?
