in nov 2010 i went to the e.r with pain in my legs, i was told i had a blood clot, i was placed on 6mg of blood thinners and sent home, then in march of 2011 i kept complaining to my dr of leg pain,he said not to worry, the pain was so bad i went back to the e.r, and was told i had anthor clot in my other leg, i was placed on 18mg of blood thinners my inr was 2.6 and sent home,six days later i went back to the hospital my inr was 3.9,i had devoloped a clot again in my leg,i had done some research i aasked my dr if i should have a filter, so then she decided to place a filter to prevent clots from traveling to my lungs, heart or brain, the filter is placed to catch clots from both legs,i was placed on levenox 2x daily, you would think that's the end of my story however in april of 2011 i went back to the hospital complaining of severve chest pains could breathe i thought i was gonna have a heart attack,and to everyones suprise i have a clot in my lung, and was sent home with the same medication levenox 2x daily,i feel i am going to die,and my dr could care lessReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
